Ingredients
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 No. 303 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese or
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese combined with almonds
Directions
Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water; cool.
Add pineapple.
Pour into mold or 8 x 13 inch pan; chill until firm.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in remaining boiling water;cool until partially set.
Add whipped cream and cottage cheese; beat.
Combine with par tially set lemon gelatin.
Pour lemon mixture over lime gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Add pineapple.
