Grapefruit- 2 large
Avocados- 2 large
Honeydew Melon- 1/2 large
Romaine- 1/2 head
Sour-Cream Dressing- as required
Green Grapes- 3/4 lb. seedless, washed
Mint Sprigs- to garnish

3/4 lb seedless green grapes, washed

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Over a bowl, using a sharp knife, peel the grapefruit, remove white membrane and section carefully.
2) Cut the avocados in half lengthwise; discard peel and pits.
MAKING
3) In a bowl, mix together grapefruit and avocado.
4) Stir gently, to coat avocado with grapefruit juice.
5) Scrape seeds and stringy pulp from melon.
6) Peel and cut melon lengthwise into 4 pieces and cut each slice into 6 pieces.
7) Add the melon pieces to grapefruit mixture.
8) Cover the bowl and refrigerate, for 2 hours, or until well chilled.
9) Line a platter with romaine.
FINALIZING
10) Place a small bowl of Sour-Cream Dressing in center of the platter.
11) Arrange the fruits mixture around bowl, alternating avocado halves, each cut lengthwise into 4 slices.
12) Place honeydew-melon pieces and sprinkle small clusters of grapes.
