Green Vegetable Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Scallions | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce or escarole | ||
| Spinach | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 1/4 cup shredded beet tops | ||
| Avocado | 1/2 , peeled | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves | ||
| Basil | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Kelp | ||
| Lime juice | ||
Directions
1. Put the water and scallions in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth. While blending or processing slowly, gradually add the lettuce, spinach, beet tops, avocado, parsley, mint, and basil.
2. Season mixture with kelp and lime juice to taste.
