Ingredients

 Water2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Scallions1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce or escarole
 Spinach1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 1/4 cup shredded beet tops
 Avocado1/2 , peeled
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
 Basil2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Kelp
 Lime juice

Directions

1. Put the water and scallions in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth. While blending or processing slowly, gradually add the lettuce, spinach, beet tops, avocado, parsley, mint, and basil.
2. Season mixture with kelp and lime juice to taste.
