Ingredients

 Sesame oil10 Milliliter
 Blanched almonds50 Gram
 Red chilli1 , dried
 Green beans225 Gram
 Broccoli florets350 Gram
 Leaves350 Gram
 Dry sherry15 Milliliter
 Lemon juice1
 Water15 Milliliter
 Gomasio, or salt if preferred

Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok or large frying pan heat oil until sizzling.
2. Toast almonds and chili for 2 minutes.
3. Remove chili.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add sherry, lemon juice and water together.
6. Pour vegetables and stir toasted almonds. Cook for 1 minute.

SERVING
7. Sprinkle gomasio.
8. Serve immediately.
