| Blanched almonds | 50 Gram | |
| Red chilli | 1 , dried | |
| Green beans | 225 Gram | |
| Broccoli florets | 350 Gram | |
| Leaves | 350 Gram | |
| Dry sherry | 15 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Water | 15 Milliliter | |
| Gomasio, or salt if preferred | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a wok or large frying pan heat oil until sizzling.
2. Toast almonds and chili for 2 minutes.
3. Remove chili.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add sherry, lemon juice and water together.
6. Pour vegetables and stir toasted almonds. Cook for 1 minute.
SERVING
7. Sprinkle gomasio.
8. Serve immediately.
