Ingredients

 2 cups chopped green tomato
 1 cup peeled, chopped cooking apple
 1/2 cup chopped unsweetened dates
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Golden Raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Firmly packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger root1 Teaspoon, grated
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground allspice1/4 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground red pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 White vinegar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan, stirring well.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer mixture to a bowl.
Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
