Ingredients

 1 kg. large green tomatoes, chopped
 Sugar800 Gram
 Ginger1 1/2 Tablespoon, grated
 1 tbsp. grated orange ring
 Orange juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 2 Inch
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Place the sugar, chopped tomatoes, grated ginger, orange zest, orange juice and the water in a large pan. Mix gently and set aside for 1 hour so that the sugar melts.
After an hour, place the pan on a low flame and allow to simmer slowly. When the jam starts to thicken, remove from the fire and cool.
Put into jars and refrigerate.
