Ingredients

 Green tomatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces
 Green apple1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green onions1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Hot pepper1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Brown sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red tomato1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Sweet red pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Ground nutmeg1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

–  Sprinkle green tomatoes with salt and drain in a colander for 12 hours. Rinse.
–  In a large saucepan, bring all ingredients except nutmeg to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes or until vinegar is completely reduced. Add nutmeg and cook a few minutes longer. Let mixture stand to cool, then pour into jars.
