Green Thai Curry Paste Recipe
Ingredients
| Galangal slice | 3 | |

| Coriander | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Jalapeno | 8 | |
| Lemongrass stalk | 1 , minced | |
| Garlic | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shrimp paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mortar or blender and pound or blend to a paste, adding oil as necessary.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
