Green Tea Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups whipping cream
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups raw sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 heaping teaspoon green tea, ground to powder
Directions
Combine cream, milk, sugar and ginger in large bowl.
Mix until sugar dissolves.
Place ground green tea in measuring cup and add enough lukewarm water to measure 3/4 cup.
Mix tea and water and combine with cream mixture.
Pour into ice cube tray with dividers removed and freeze.
When ice is partially frozen and slushy in the center, place in blender or processor and whirl until smooth.
Return to ice cube tray and freeze again.
