Green Snapper Recipe
Ingredients
| Red snapper fillets-1/2 pound | ||
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Green tomatoes | 2 | |
| 1 teaspoon dried | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Rinse and pat dry snapper.
MAKING
2) Take a sauté pan and heat butter until foamy.
3) Now, add tomatoes and dill and cook until tomatoes are soft.
4) Lower the heat and put the snapper and half of the pepper. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes each side.
5) When snapper is done, replace it in a plate and keep it warm.
6) Simmer the sauce until it thickens and then stir in yogurt.
SERVING
7) Pour the sauce around the snapper and sprinkle remaining pepper over it. Serve.
