Green Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups torn mixed salad greens such as iceberg, leaf, and Bibb lettuce, curly endive, escarole, and romaine | ||

| 3 tablespoons olive oil or salad oil | ||
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place desired salad greens in a large salad bowl.
Sprinkle with salt.
Drizzle with olive oil or salad oil; toss to coat greens.
Drizzle with vinegar.
If desired, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon snipped parsley.
Toss salad mixture till greens are well coated.
If desired, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese
