 Cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Watercress leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chives1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 1/4 cup fenugreek sprouts
 Vinaigrette dressing1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In large bowl, put all ingredients and toss together until well mixed.
Chill well.
