Green Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Broccoli package | 1 , chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| American Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pasteurized |
Directions
1. Prepare rice and broccoli; set aside.
2. Put onion and butter into a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at High; stir once.
3. Add cooked rice, cooked broccoli and soup to onion-butter mixture; mix well. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 10 minutes at High; rotate casserole one-quarter turn halfway through cooking period.
