Green Red Slices Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 slices brown bread | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Pinch sugar | ||
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Tarragon | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chervil | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 8 large red radishes | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 | |
| Head of lettuce | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Spread butter on slices of bread
2. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese with milk, add paprika, salt, sugar, parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil
3. Spread this mixture in a thick even layer on bread
4. Quarter the tomatoes, arrange radish and tomato slices in two rows on the slices of bread
5. Separaye lettuce leaves and wash under cold water thoroughly; Pat dry with a towel
SERVING
6. Arrange lettuce leaveson serving plates and place the bread slices on top before serving
