Green Peppercorn Steak With Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tblspn green peppercorns, drained | ||
| 6 x 125g meat steaks | ||
| 125ml thick natural yogurt | ||
| Hot mustard | 1 Tablespoon (SAUCE:-) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (SAUCE:-) | |
| Salt | To Taste (SAUCE:-) | |
Directions
Crush peppercorns with the blade of a knife, press onto both sides of the steaks.
To make the sauce : Combine yogurt, mustard and parsley in a bowl, stir until well mixed.
Season to taste with salt.
Cover, refrigerate.
Preheat grill, place steaks on a lightly olied grill tray.
Cook for 6 minutes, turning once, for medium rare.
