Green Pea Soup Recipe

Ingredients
| Green peas | 8 Ounce, dried | |
| Pork fat | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), salted | |
| Water | 7 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , finely sliced | |
| Carrot | 1 , diced | |
| Bay leaf | ||
| Celery leaves | 2 Teaspoon, finley sliced | |
| Parsley sprigs | 5 | |
| Chopped | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– In a stove-top casserole, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring from time to time.
– Remove pork fat. Run soup through blender. Adjust seasoning. Decorate with a few small chunks of pork fat and serve.
