Ingredients

 Cooked green peas - 1/2 lb , well drained
 Butter1/4 Ounce
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Colouring - if necessary
 Milk or sieved potato puree - if needed

Directions

MAKING
1.Strain the peas and once done, combin them with butter, salt and pepper.
2.Stir in milk or sieved potato puree to the mixture if needed.
3.Add the coloring if required.

SERVING
4.Use the puree as desired.
