|Orsi/Risoni||350 Gram (Rice Shaped Pasta)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Dried chile flakes||1 Pinch|
|Spinach||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (2 Handful)|
|Spring onions||6 , finely sliced|
|Gem lettuce||1 Small, shredded (1 Handful)|
|Flat leaf parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roughly chopped|
|Basil leaves||12 , ripped|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large wok, add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Add the spinach and, using a pair of tongs, keep turning the spinach over until it has wilted, this should take about 3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Season with black pepper to taste.
Add the greens to the pasta and toss to combine, then serve immediately.
