Ingredients

 Green papaya500 Gram
 French Beans100 Gram
 Tomatoes3 Medium, sliced
 Carrot1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 4 green chillies, seeded and minced
 Garlic1/2 Tablespoon, minced
 Lime rind1 Teaspoon, grated
 Jaggery1 Teaspoon, grated
 Roasted peanuts2 Tablespoon, skinned
 1/4 Up salt
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

Peel papaya.
Remove and discard seeds.
Shred papaya flesh.
Wash French beans, string and trim ends and cut into half.
Blanch and drain thoroughly.
Combine all ingredients except lime juice and garnish in a salad bowl and mix well.
Just before serving, sprinkle in lime juice, garnish with coriander leaves and serve at room temperature.
