Green Papaya Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green papaya | 500 Gram | |
| French Beans | 100 Gram | |
| Tomatoes | 3 Medium, sliced | |
| Carrot | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 4 green chillies, seeded and minced | ||
| Garlic | 1/2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lime rind | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Jaggery | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Roasted peanuts | 2 Tablespoon, skinned | |
| 1/4 Up salt | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves | ||
Directions
Peel papaya.
Remove and discard seeds.
Shred papaya flesh.
Wash French beans, string and trim ends and cut into half.
Blanch and drain thoroughly.
Combine all ingredients except lime juice and garnish in a salad bowl and mix well.
Just before serving, sprinkle in lime juice, garnish with coriander leaves and serve at room temperature.
