Green Papaya Salad Recipe

| Green papaya | 300 Gram, peeled | |
| 7 green bird's eye chillies (or 4 hot green chillies) | ||
| Garlic | 5 Clove (5gm) | |
| 2 tbsps of dried roasted peanuts, roughly crushed | ||
| Dried shrimps | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered, or 1 large tomato, cut into slices | ||
| Lime juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Palm sugar | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Fish sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Take a few chillies and garlic and pound roughly in a mortar and pestle or process very briefly in a blender.
Set aside in a bowl and repeat until all the chillies and garlic are used up.
Mix in the raw papaya.
Stir in the peanuts, dried shrimps and tomato, mix well.
Make a paste of the palm sugar (can substitute with jaggery), fish sauce and lime juice.
Add to the papaya mixture.
