Green Onion Sauce Recipe
This Green Onion Sauce recipe is easily right at the top of my favorite list. Use the freshest of Vegetable available to get the most amazing Green Onion Sauce. There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Side Dish! Not trying out this Green Onion Sauce after reading about it is one of the biggest sins you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
1 bunch green onions
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
Directions
Chop onions, including the tender part of the green leaves; saute in 1/2 cup (1/4 pound) of the butter until soft.
Add vinegar and remove from heat.
Cut the other 1/2 cup of the butter in pieces, and add, a piece at a time, to onion mixture.
Beat after each addition.
When the butter is melted, serve at once
