Green Noodles With Sour Cream Recipe

6 ounces noodle-shaped spinach macaroni
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons freeze-dried chopped chives
1 cup sour cream
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender, about 8 minutes.
