Green Noodles Supreme Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1/4 pound, sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Cooked ham | 6 Ounce, cut into strips | |
| Whipping cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Following package directions, cook noodles in a large kettle of boiling salted water until al dente; drain thoroughly.
Meanwhile, in a wide frying pan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add mushrooms, garlic, and ham; cook, stirring often, until mushrooms are soft and lightly browned.
Stir in cream and peas; bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly and forms large, shiny bubbles (2 to 3 minutes).
Stir in nutmeg.
Pour hot drained noodles into pan; toss lightly until evenly coated.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately; pass cheese at the table to sprinkle over individual portions.
