Green Noodle Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups green or regular noodles | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Italian dressing | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Romaine leaves | 8 | |
| Thin radish slices | ||
Directions
1. Cook noodles until tender as package label directs; drain. Toss with grated cheese and Italian dressing; refrigerate until chilled.
2. Arrange romaine leaves on platter; spoon noodles down center of each leaf. Then lay overlapping radish slices down center of each. Pass more Italian dressing. Nice with chicken, chops, or steak.
