Green Noodle Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 4 | |
| Scallions | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cooked spinach - 1 1/2 cups, chopped | ||
| Fine noodles - 1/2 pound, cooked and drained | ||
| Kosher salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Egg whites | 4 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
MAKING
2) Take a mixing bowl and beat egg yolks in it.
3) Add scallions, noodles, salt and spinach. Mix nicely.
4) Fold in egg whites.
5) Take a 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish and pour mixture in it.
6) Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve hot with dairy dishes or meat.
