 Cooked spinach - 2 tablespoons, pureed
 Dried tarragon1 Pinch (Sauce Bechamel - 1/2 cup)
 Hard-cooked egg yolks - 2 , mashed
 Anchovy paste1/4 Teaspoon (Sauce Bechamel - 1/2 cup)

Directions

MAKING
1.Combine Sauce Bechamel, mayonnaise, spinach, tarragon, egg yolks and anchovy paste well.
2.Blend all the ingredients well and refrigerate.

SERVING
3.Serve with meat
