Ingredients

 Kingfish 2 steaks
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Coriander leaves1 (To grind)
 Onions1 (To grind)
 Garlic 4 pods
 Green chillies4 (To grind)
 Cumin powder1 Teaspoon (To grind)
 Coriander powder1 Tablespoon (To grind)
 Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon (To grind)
 Coconut1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (To grind)
 Tamarind juice1 Tablespoon (To grind)
 Lime wedges and onion rings for garnishing

Directions

In a blender, add all the ingredients along with 2 tbsp water and puree till very smooth.
After washing the fish, marinate for about 20 mins with salt, ground pepper and 2 tbsp of ground paste.
After slathering the fish with the green chutney, fry the fish.
Garnish with lime wedges and onion rings and serve hot.
