Green Masala Fried Kingfish Recipe
Green masala fried kingfish is a spicy fish recipe. Prepared with garlic, chilies, tamarind and coconut to taste, the green masala fried kingfish is cooked in oil and is served with the chutney.
Ingredients

| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander leaves | 1 (To grind) | |
| Onions | 1 (To grind) | |
| Garlic 4 pods | ||
| Green chillies | 4 (To grind) | |
| Cumin powder | 1 Teaspoon (To grind) | |
| Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon (To grind) | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon (To grind) | |
| Coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (To grind) | |
| Tamarind juice | 1 Tablespoon (To grind) | |
| Lime wedges and onion rings for garnishing | ||
Directions
In a blender, add all the ingredients along with 2 tbsp water and puree till very smooth.
After washing the fish, marinate for about 20 mins with salt, ground pepper and 2 tbsp of ground paste.
After slathering the fish with the green chutney, fry the fish.
Garnish with lime wedges and onion rings and serve hot.
