Directions
1. Clean and wash the kale leaves.
MAKING
2. In a blender blend the kale leaves along with tender stalks, lemon and ice water.
3. Once done strain with the help of a strainer, then pour the juice back in the blender add honey and blend for 1 minute.
SERVING
4. Serve the Healthy Lemonade with Kale cold.
