Green Jello Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime or lemon jello - 1 - 3 ounce, package | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Miracle whip | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan of boiling water dissolve jello, add pineapple juice and let it cool.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well and refrigerate until firm.
SERVING
3. Serve cold or if desired with ice-creams and other desserts.
