Ingredients
1 pound seedless green grapes
Preserved ginger in syrup
1 8-ounce container sour cream
Directions
1. Cut each grape in half. Place grapes in 6 dessert bowls; set aside.
2. Mince enough preserved ginger to make 2 tablespoons. Reserve 1 teaspoon minced ginger for garnish. In small bowl, mix sour cream and remaining minced ginger. Spoon a dollop of sour-cream mixture onto grapes in each bowl. Garnish with reserved minced ginger.
