Ingredients

 Standard pastry, 1/2 recipe
 Gelatine envelope1 (For filling :)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For filling :)
 Pineapple juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For filling :)
 Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For filling :)
 Lemon rind, 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For filling :)
 Cream or top of milk, 1/2 cup
 Vanilla, few drops
 Seedless grapes1 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For filling :)
 Glazed cherries for decoration

Directions

Prepare pastry dough and make 10 baked tart shells.
Soften gelatine in cold water.
Heat fruit juice and sugar together to boiling point.
Add softened gelatine, and stir until gelatine is dissolved.
Add lemon rind and juice.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Whip cream and fold into gelatine mixture.
Add one cup grapes.
Pile lightly into pastry shells.
Chill until firm.
Decorate with 1/2 cup grapes and glazed cherries.
Will fill ten tart shells.
