| 2 cups bread croutons | ||

| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Green Goddess salad dressing:) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Green Goddess salad dressing:) | |
| 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar | ||
| 2 tablespoons garlic vinegar | ||
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (For Green Goddess salad dressing:) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion juice | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (For Green Goddess salad dressing:) | |
| Parsley | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (For Green Goddess salad dressing:) | |
Directions
Prepare the dressing:
Add lemon juice to cream.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Toss well-washed spinach in a medium-sized salad bowl with Green Goddess Salad Dressing.
Just before serving, mix in croutons.
