Green Goddess Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup stiff mayonnaise | ||
| Anchovies | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 garlic bean | ||
| Green onions | 2 | |
| Tarragon vinegar | ||
| Wine vinegar | ||
| Anchovy paste | ||
| Mixed salad greens of all kinds | ||
Directions
Chop anchovies, onions, garlic, and parsley until they are almost a paste; add anchovy paste, then mayonnaise; season with tarragon and wine vinegar until the consistency is that of thin mayonnaise.
Put in icebox until ready to serve; then pour over bowl of mixed salad greens.
Lightly toss, as dressing must stay on greens and must be served immediately.
