 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

 2 tablespoons finely chopped cooked cleaned shrimp
 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
 1/2 head romaine
 Leaf lettuce1 Bunch (100gm)
 1 cup cooked cleaned shrimp, chilled
 1 stalk French endive, sliced
 Tomatoes3 Medium, quartered
 1/2 cup julienne-style cooked beets, drained and chilled

Directions

Combine mayonnaise, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and garlic.
Stir in chives, chopped shrimp, and egs.
Chill.
