Green Goddess Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Anchovy paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions | ||
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped cooked cleaned shrimp | ||
| 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped | ||
| 1/2 head romaine | ||
| Leaf lettuce | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| 1 cup cooked cleaned shrimp, chilled | ||
| 1 stalk French endive, sliced | ||
| Tomatoes | 3 Medium, quartered | |
| 1/2 cup julienne-style cooked beets, drained and chilled | ||
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and garlic.
Stir in chives, chopped shrimp, and egs.
