 Anchovy fillets - 1 2-ounce can
 Garlic powder1 Dash
 Onion powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Green onions1 Tablespoon, shredded
 Parsley flakes1 Tablespoon
 Tarragon leaves1 Tablespoon
 Chives1 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 MSG - 1 Dash

Directions

MAKING
1.Crush anchovies and add garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, parsley flakes, tarragon leaves, chives, mayonnaise, wine vinegar and MSG to it.
2.Blend the mixture well.
3.Allow the mixture to stay for 30 minutes before serving.

SERVING
4.Serve with salad greens mixed with chicken, shrimp or meat.
