Green Goddess Dressing With Anchovies Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 anchovy fillets | ||
| 3 green onions (white part only, cut into 1-inch lengths) | ||
| 1/2 cup lightly packed parsley sprigs | ||
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar | ||
| 1 cup mayonnaise, purchased or homemade | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Insert metal blade.
Cut anchovy fillets in half crosswise.
Place anchovies, onions, parsley, and tarragon in work bowl.
With motor running, drop garlic through feed tube and continue processing until all ingredients are finely chopped.
Add vinegar, mayonnaise, and sour cream to work bowl, then process continuously until dressing is well blended.
