 225 ml. / 8 fl. oz. mayonnaise
 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
 Onions spring2 , chopped
 15 ml. / 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 5 ml. / 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
 10 ml. / 2 teaspoons vinegar
 125 ml. / 4 fl. oz. sour or double cream
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Put the mayonnaise in a serving bowl or jug and gradually beat in all the remaining ingredients until they are thoroughly blended.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
