| Sour cream -1 (16-ounce), carton commercial | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Parsley | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fresh chives -1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons, finely chopped | ||
| Tarragon wine vinegar- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons | ||
| Anchovy -2 tablespoons paste | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Fresh parsley sprigs- as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)Combine sour cream, cloves garlic,parsley,chives,tarragon, wine vinegar,anchovy,worcestershire sauce,dry mustard, salt and white pepper.
2)Stir it until smooth.
3)Chill for several hours.
SERVING
3)Garnish dip with parsley.
4)Serve with assorted raw vegetables or as a salad dressing.
