Ingredients

 Sour cream -1 (16-ounce), carton commercial
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Parsley2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fresh chives -1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
 Tarragon wine vinegar- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons
 Anchovy -2 tablespoons paste
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/4 Teaspoon
 Fresh parsley sprigs- as required

Directions

MAKING
1)Combine sour cream, cloves garlic,parsley,chives,tarragon, wine vinegar,anchovy,worcestershire sauce,dry mustard, salt and white pepper.
2)Stir it until smooth.
3)Chill for several hours.
SERVING
3)Garnish dip with parsley.
4)Serve with assorted raw vegetables or as a salad dressing.
