 Velveeta cheese1/2 Pound
 Evaporated milk1 Small
 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz)
 Green chiles1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Hamburger1 Pound
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cheddar Cheese1/2 Pound, grated
 Corn tortillas1 Dozen
 Cooking oil
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Melt first 4 ingredients in a double boiler.
Brown hamburger and onions together; drain.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add grated cheese.
In another skillet, fry tortillas in hot oil until limber.
Put meat mixture onto middle of tortilla and roll.
Pour melted cheese sauce over enchiladas.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
