Green Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Safflower oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Watercress | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dill sprig | 1 | |
| 1 sprig fresh thyme, or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
