 Watercress1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Dill sprig1
 1 sprig fresh thyme, or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
 Brown sugar1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
