 Sirloin1 Pound
 Pork1/2 Pound
 Chicken broth3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green chilies - 2 4-oz. cans, diced
 Potatoes4 Large, diced
 Frozen corn package10
 Black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1 Teaspoon, crushed
 Cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet heat oil and add onion, garlic, sirloin, and pork. Sauté until brown.
2) Cook the meat until no longer pink.
3) In slow cooker add all ingredients.
4) Cook covered on low for 4-6 hours until potatoes are cooked.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
