Green Chili Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Onion | 1 Large, diced | |
| Sirloin | 1 Pound | |
| Pork | 1/2 Pound | |
| Chicken broth | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green chilies - 2 4-oz. cans, diced | ||
| Potatoes | 4 Large, diced | |
| Frozen corn package | 10 | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet heat oil and add onion, garlic, sirloin, and pork. Sauté until brown.
2) Cook the meat until no longer pink.
3) In slow cooker add all ingredients.
4) Cook covered on low for 4-6 hours until potatoes are cooked.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
