Green Chile Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 8 Clove (5gm) | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Chili | 1 Can (10oz), diced |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a fry pan and stir-fry onion and garlic in butter until the ingredients turn soft.
2. Let the fried ingredients be little cool.
3. Mix 2 cups of Cheddar and chilies with sautéed onion and garlic mix.
4. Cover the pan and let it be chilled.
SERVING
5. Use chilled chili filling as and when required.
