Green Chile Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Green chiles | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 Large, softened | |
| Half-and-half (light cream) or milk | ||
Directions
Add chiles, sour cream, and onion to cream cheese and beat with a mixer until well blended.
Add enough half-and-half to get correct dipping consistency.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend.
Serve with crisp-fried tortillas or corn-flavored chips.
