Ingredients

 Green chiles1 Can (10oz), diced
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Package cream cheese1 Large, softened
 Half-and-half (light cream) or milk

Directions

Add chiles, sour cream, and onion to cream cheese and beat with a mixer until well blended.
Add enough half-and-half to get correct dipping consistency.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend.
Serve with crisp-fried tortillas or corn-flavored chips.
