Green Beans With Sunflower Seeds Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 1 Pound | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Pepper white | 1 | |
| Sunflower seeds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Basil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Trim the beans and cut diagonally into 1" pieces.
2) In a skillet, saute the basil and green beans for 2 minutes.
3) Stir in a few tablespoons of water and then steam covered on a low heat for 5 minutes.
4) Then stir in the white pepper, sunflower seeds and lemon juice and steam covered for 3 minutes until the beans are tender.
SERVING
5) Serve immediately on a serving platter.
