Green Beans With Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 3/4 Pound | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Chopped basil | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Dried rosemary | 1/4 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Mushrooms | 8 Medium, sliced | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash |
Directions
In saucepan of boiling water, cook beans for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.
Meanwhile in small saucepan or microwave-safe dish, melt margarine, add garlic, basil, rosemary, mushrooms and hot pepper sauce; cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or cover and microwave at high (100%) power for 1 minute, or until mushrooms are tender.
Transfer beans to warm serving dish; pour mushroom mixture over and toss to mix.
