Green Beans with Lime and Chilies Recipe

| 1-1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, cut in 2" lengths | ||
| Butter stick | 1/2 | |
| Lime juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cilantro | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 serrano chiles, minced | ||

Directions
Bring water in a saucepan to a boil.
Add the beans and cook until crisp-tender.
Cool immediately in ice water.
Drain.
To serve, melt the butter in a skillet.
Add the beans and remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
