Green Beans with Cumin Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 125 Gram | |
| Green beans | 700 Gram | |
| Cumin seeds | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 450 Gram | |
| Tomato puree | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Water | 150 Milliliter |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium sized sauce pan, heat oil.
2. Add onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Add cumin seeds and beans and sauté for 2 to 3 more minutes.
4. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bring to boil.
5. Once boiled, reduce flame and cover and cook for 15 minutes or till beans are cooked.
SERVING
6. Transfer on to a bowl and serve warm as an accompaniment to main courses.
