Green Beans Polonaise Recipe

Ingredients
1 16-oz. can Del Monte Whole or Cut Green Beans
3 Tbs. butter
1 clove garlic
2 Tbs. instant minced onion
3 Tbs. fine dry bread crumbs
Few drops lemon juice
Directions
In oven-proof dish, heat green beans in 300°F. oven.
Melt butter over low heat.
Set aside until milk solids have settled to bottom.
Skim off clarified butter discarding solids.
Rub skillet with garlic.
Heat clarified butter until browned.
Saute onion and add bread crumbs and lemon juice.
Cook until browned, being careful not to burn crumbs.
Drain beans, keep warm.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
