Ingredients

 1 pound green beans, cut julienne
 Tamari sauce3 Tablespoon
 Sesame oil1 Tablespoon
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Mushrooms4 Large, sliced
 Sesame seeds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted

Directions

Steam beans until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine tamari, oil and nutmeg in large skillet over low to medium heat.
Add mushrooms and saute until just tender .
Add beans and toss lightly.
Add sesame seeds and toss again.
