| Garbanzo beans - 1/2 (16-oz.) can , drained | ||
| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ripe olives | 2 Tablespoon, sliced | |
| Pepperoni | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried leaf oregano - 1/2 teaspoon, crushed | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley sprigs - to garnish | ||
| Pepperoni slices | 1 To taste, garnish | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a deep 1-1/2-quart casserole with lid, combine Italian beans and water. Cover.
2 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 7 minutes or until tender; stir once. Drain well.
3 Add garbanzo beans, pimento, olives, pepperoni, olive oil, oregano and garlic powder; mix well. Cover.
4 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 2 minutes or until heated through; stir once.
SERVING
5 Garnish with parsley and pepperoni.
